Gather online for the a gentle, 2-hour Saturday morning yoga practice dedicated to holding space for pregnancy loss and move through grief. We know grief and love are intertwined; we can embrace both with breath and mindfulness.

Yoga for Pregnancy Loss

understanding
This two-hour long yoga practice/support circle is facilitated by Amy Wright Glenn, certified Kripalu Yoga teacher and founder/director of the Institute for the Study of Birth, Breath, and Death.
All who have known pregnancy loss ~ at any stage~ are welcome.
Yoga for Pregnancy Loss is set at a very gentle pace.
