All are welcome to join Institute founder/director Amy Wright Glenn for a series of Sunday evening yoga classes dedicated to the cultivation of peace.

Yoga for Peace

7:30 to 8:30pm EST

Participants gather for 4 Sunday evenings beginning August 7 for an hour-long yoga practice taught by Amy Wright Glenn, certified Kripalu Yoga teacher and founder/director of the Institute for the Study of Birth, Breath, and Death.

Readings from Thich Nhat Hanh’s book Touching Peace: Practicing the Art of Mindful Living
will be integrated into the practice.

Yoga for Peace is set at a gentle/moderate pace.
Classes are not recorded.
