In this course, participants will:
*Study, discuss, and reflect upon the key themes of Brené Brown’s “Daring Greatly” ~ specifically focusing upon vulnerability, shame, mindfulness, and hope. How can key insights from Brown’s text inform our lives now and going forward. How can we more readily “dare greatly”?
*Design and create an art piece through any chosen means (collage, sketch, watercolor, scrapbooking etc.) that represents their journey of life thus far. Specific events, years, difficulties, triumphs, and moments of “daring greatly” will be honored.
*All modules will be recorded and shared with participants.
