Join Amy Wright Glenn for an ongoing monthly study circle focused on breath.

Breath Study Circle
Second Sunday of every month 10-11am EST

What does it mean to breathe?
How is breath connected to mindfulness practices?
How is breath/mindfulness understood in contemporary society?
How is breath awareness symbolized in our religious/spiritual/wisdom traditions?
How do you hold space for your own breath?

Each month, Amy facilitates an hour long study circle drawing upon:

*Teachings on breath/mindfulness from the world’s wisdom traditions
*Contemporary research on mindfulness/meditation/breath practices
*News articles relating to mindfulness and breath work
*Efforts to increase our practice of breath awareness and present-tense living
*Personal stories/experiences

Each hour-long session is presented live via Zoom. Sessions are not recorded.

All are welcome.
We honor the diversity of our racial, cultural, and lived experiences and the ways that our intersectional identities inform our perspectives.

It only takes a reminder to breathe,
A moment to be still, and just like that,
Something in me settles, softens, makes
Space for imperfection.
