The Breath Study Circle is an ongoing, live, monthly study circle open to all.
Participants pay once to join for 6-months and can join at any point in the year. Participants have access to the monthly Breath Study Circle facilitated via Zoom by Amy Wright Glenn, founder of the Institute.

How is breath connected to mindfulness practices?
How is breath/mindfulness understood in contemporary society?
How is breath awareness symbolized in our religious/spiritual/wisdom traditions?
How do you hold space for your own breath?
Each month, Amy facilitates an hour long study circle drawing upon:
*Teachings on breath/mindfulness from the world’s wisdom traditions
*Contemporary research on mindfulness/meditation/breath practices
*News articles relating to mindfulness and breath work
*Efforts to increase our practice of breath awareness and present-tense living
Each hour-long session is presented live via Zoom. Sessions are not recorded.
